The eMIRM programme is addressed to Allianz Spa’s young employees and new recruits.

To fully develop and exploit the strong potential of its talented employees, Allianz Spa offers to a selected number the opportunity to attend, over a two-year period, the on-line Master’s program in Insurance and Risk Management.

Applicants are graduates in Business, Economics, Statistics and Engineering who have good working knowledge of English and are eager to put themselves to the test and are strongly committed to pursue an ambitious career. 

The ideal candidate should meet the following standards:

• Excellent education (degree level)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Interest and motivation towards management development
• Intelligence, flexibility and adaptability
