At the University of Trieste he is a Phd candidate in “Science, technology and management in the coffee industry”. At the same University he also taught in different post-graduate courses mainly using simulations and the case methodology.
He has been Visiting Scholar at Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, United States.
Andrea is also involved in the Research Department of MIB School of Management where he carried out different data-analysis activities and where he recently published a book for EUT together with Andrea Tracogna.
