Executive Master in Wine Business
 

The Executive Master in Wine Business is a part-time programme for those already working in the wine business who are interested in furthering their education without having to leave their job.

  

The Master is divided into two modules that may be attended independently of one another. In order to earn the diploma of Executive Master in Wine Business, however, both modules must be completed.

The complete programme takes place over 18 months with a schedule (distance learning, weekends) aimed at minimizing the impact on the working situation of participants.

 
Module 1: Management in the wine business
May, 2007

Based on accounting themes, corporate finance, management of the sales network and the basics of wine marketing.

The module takes place over 9 months and is divided into four pedagogical areas (administration, management, corporate economics and marketing).

 

Module 2: Development and Internationalization of the wine business 
January, 2008
Sviluppo e internazionalizzazione dell’impresa vinicola.

This module focuses on advanced themes of the wine business such as export management, business planning, and strategic marketing. Over the course of 7 months, this module covers finance and controlling, strategic marketing, business development, supply chain and operations and wine tourism. Themes of export and internationalization are a focus supported by an educational exchange in France at the l'École de Management de Bordeaux as well as possibilities to attend elective classes at the school or at a business school partner abroad.
