In-class learning and e-learning
Along with traditional classroom learning, distance learning makes up a significant part of the programme. In fact, each participant must have a laptop computer with DVD and a wireless network card.
The e-learning work platform, Share Point, is easy to use and accessible at any time with a password. This platform is the backbone of e-learning activities for the program and an instrument for sharing information and documents between participants, course staff and the information system of the School.
Work Groups
An important part of the learning experience takes place in work groups. These groups are formed at the beginning of the course, taking into consideration work experience, study experience, and the working styles of the various members.
For the entire duration of EMBA the participants collaborate with each other within their groups.
Collaboration in a team gives strong incentive to reach the individual objectives necessary to support the group.
Managerial Development
Particular attention is dedicated to the development of personal skills. Course activities are designed to develop the potential of each participant. By developing soft skills, communicative and relational skills, leadership skills, and group spirit, participants are better able to adapt to any situation that may come up and learn how to recognize and overcome their own limits.
Specialized coaches conduct individual meetings, exercises and interviews and help participants define a personal and professional growth plan.
