The programme is divided into two parts:
Part One
July – September: intensive classes. Corporate visits and workshops.
MIB School of Management, on-site of company Partners

• Introduction to economics in the international and EU contexts.
• The Italian and Friuli Venezia Giulia economic system: sectors, areas, new opportunities.
• Small and Medium-sized companies and industrial districts.
• Entrepreneurial and managerial processes.
• Marketing and Marketing analysis: segmentation and positioning. Tecniques for e-commerce. Franchising.
• Models, tecniques, normative tools in international exchanges. Cases of exportation and foreign markets.
• Fundamentals of accounting and controlling, finance and organization in the management of an entrepreneurial enterprise.
• The Business Plan and its applications.
Part Two
September – November: Business Internship
At a company from the region selected on the basis of participant interest.
Participants work at pre-chosen companies, creating the foundation for a deeper understanding of a sector or a functional area. During the period of the internship, participants put into practice the theoretical knowledge they have acquired during the course and develop an individual project for the development of a collaboration between the host company and the country of origin of the participant.
