The course has a limit of twenty participants between the ages of 23 and 40.

Candidates for the Origini course must be highly motivated descendents of emigrants from the region of Friuli Venezia Giulia living outside of Italy with the desire to get to know Italy better.

The ideal candidate is a college graduate with some work experience or a non- college graduate with a significant amount of professional experience interested in acquiring advanced management training to start an entrepreneurial venture or to advance a current professional position.

Candidates must be motivated to strengthen ties with the country of origin and to use skills acquired in the course to establish entrepreneurial relationships of economic and professional collaboration with companies from Friuli Venezia Giulia.
