Many companies and organizations collaborate with the course, speaking to the class with their experiences and offering participants the opportunity for internships and possible later job opportunities.
To reach professional goals the School mentors candidates, suporting them through Career Services, which operates as an internmediary between candidates and companies: creating professional opportunites for participants and helping companies select candidates inline with their corporate needs. Companies collaborating with Career Services are many and varied, becoming faithful partners for recruiting and headhunting.
Career Services, in collaboration with tutoring and mentoring personnel, help the candidate to recognize potential, to define objectives and to develop skills in line with the specific requests of the job market.
Each participant recieves individual spport from Career Services through:
- Organization of the company internship
The choice of internships is agreed upon with Career Services on the basis of motivations of participants as well as needs of the companies. Participants have the opportunity to get into contact with companies that most match their career aspirations. During the internship, participants put into practice the technical knowledge aquired during the course. The company acts as a guide and evaluates candidates’ work and potential while considering the possibilities for long-term employment.
- Individual meetings and career counseling. Themes already covered in the group such as CV writing, interview preparation, and communication skills are followed-through individually. Career Services also mentors participants in defining their personal aptitudes, which will help them to identify the type of company, sector, function that best
- Organization of individual interviews for selection with recruiters from companies.
Pairing the needs of companies with the characteristics expressed by candidates, Career Services periodically organizes interviews at the school or at the company partner. Such interviews may lead to an internship or a permanent job.
- CVs to companies and job posting
The collaborative relationship between Career Services and a large network of companies means a continuous exchange of information as well as the possibility of getting the word out quickly about open positions in line with participant requests.
