Each Team Spirit project is organized based on the needs of the individual client.
The objectives requested bring forth creation of a completely personalized course of action.
The client is directly involved in the creation of personalizing the course and is involved in all didactic phases from designing the course and its contents to the supply of the courses to the feedback stage.
There are also some organizational elements in common:
- Preparation sessions in the classroom
- On-board activities
- Debriefing
- Follow-up of results once the program is finished
The course is articulated in a way that simulates real communicative situations that may come up in the workplace.
Instructors guide participants in problem resolution, relationship management, defining roles and recognizing limits in order to produce lasting results for the individual and the team.
Challenges in the water encourage finding new solutions to problems.
The situations on the boat are designed to examine organization and corporate communication up-close.
In this way, the act of sailing, along with lessons in the classroom help participants understand and react to real problems that groups must face on a day-to-day basis.
