Programme

The course takes place during the day on Fridays and Saturdays every other week for a total of 100 hours.

 

It is composed of 10 modules.

 


The programme opens with a look at the current institutional situation and touches on the main management aspects necesary for the optimal running of a social/healthcare structure.

As a starting point, we analyse the skills required by the structures themselves in order to offer concrete and immediately applicable tools for the professional context.

  • Maintenance and Global Service
  • The concept of “service” in socio-healthcare companies
  • Concessions, new legislative obligations and contract norms, project financing, leasing and mixed companies
  • Energy and standard environmental standards
  • Clinical engineering services
  • Information services for managing clinical/hospital and social-healthcare services
  • teleassistence and telemedicine services for territorial assistance
