MIB for Students

Throughout and after the course of study, Career Services supports participants in reaching their career goals.

Career Services operates as an intermediary between candidates and companies, creates professional opportunities for participants, and helps companies target and select candidates in line with their company’s needs.

Career Services, in collaboration with an assigned career counsellor, helps candidates recognize their own potential, define and set goals, and develop skills required by a competitive job market

Each participant receives individual support during and after their master.

  • Coaching: Individual meetings are organized to talk about preparation and motivations. Specific themes are addressed such as writing an efficient resume, preparing for job interviews, communication skills and self confidence.
  • Counselling: Individual meetings help define career objectives. Career Services mentors participants in understanding their aptitudes to better identify the type of company, field, job, and geographical location that best respond to his or her characteristics and to his or her personal needs. Clarifying these aspects is important for determining the successive phases of contact with companies.
  • Organization of presentations At the school or at company offices, company representatives present work methods and career possibilities in different business roles.
  • Interviews for selection with recruiters from companies. Confronting the needs of companies and the characteristics expressed by the candidates Career Services periodically organizes job/internship interviews at the school or at the company partner.
  •  CVs to companies and job posting
The collaborative relationship between Career Services and a large network of companies means a continuous exchange of information as well as the possibility of getting the word out quickly about open positions in line with participant requests.
