During the entire duration of the Part-Time MBA in International Business, participants maintain contact with international business world through experience with experts from the field, international exchanges and individual projects. The main objective of MBA students is to improve their career prospects.
Throughout and after the course of study, through Career Services, the School supports participants in reaching career goals.

Career Services operates as an intermediary between candidates and companies, creates professional opportunities for participants, and helps companies target and select candidates in line with their company’s needs. Career Services, in collaboration with an assigned career counsellor, helps candidates recognize their own potential, define and set goals, and develop skills required by a competitive job market.

Each participant receives individual support during and after their Part-Time MBA in International Business, through:

• Coaching: One-on-one meetings address individual background and motivations.
• Counselling: Meetings also help define career objectives. The CS mentors the participant in defining professional aptitudes.
• Company Presentations 
• Interviews with company recruiters: Career Services periodically organizes interviews at the school or at the offices of a company partner for both internships and permanent positions.
• CVs to Companies and job posting

Participants have the possibility to connect with business through individual projects or internships, according to their personal job prospects.

• Individual Project  
  Participants have the opportunity to develop a research or consulting project, related to their professional interests or to the needs of their own organization. 
  The elaboration of the project constitutes an important opportunity in which the candidates start to apply new skills and knowledge on their job. The project may be performed by a singular participant or by a work group.
• Business Internship
  The Part-Time MBA participant has the possibility of working at a pre-chosen company creating the prerequisites for a deep understanding of an entire field or a singular area.
  During the internship, the candidate is called on to follow a professional project, in which to put into practice the theoretical knowledge acquired during the course.
