eMIRM is a Corporate Master, a MIB School of Management & Allianz project.
MIB School of Management and Allianz SpA present
an innovative training initiative, aimed at preparing a new
generation of young executives endowed with innovative skills
and ready to face this epochal challenge.
The Master is addressed to Allianz Spa’s new recruits, who
are coming from diverse graduate programs and hold diversified
degrees.
It is a 2 years, part-time, management development program designed to give its participants a comprehensive understanding of current issues in Management, with specific reference to the insurance business and risk management area.
The program is a blend of on-line and off line/residential
learning (Blended eLearning) and is taught entirely in
English.
It will be attended by the participants while working: the
programme’s format is conceived in order to minimize the weight of
courses on the work schedule of participants.
Participation in the program is highly selective and highlights the company’s investment in the development of human capital with few parallels in the insurance industry.
Allianz Spa intends to become the preferred employer in Italy for talented young graduates and this Master’s program is viewed as a means of development and retention of such talents.
